At Blakskill Limited, we are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Sales Growth Strategist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring seamless execution of sales activities, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Sales Strategy and Business Development

The successful candidate will develop and maintain relationships with key clients, including hospitality businesses, corporate organizations, fitness centers, contractors, and individuals. They will identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders such as hotel managers, gym instructors, architects, interior designers, and engineers.

The Sales Growth Strategist will negotiate contracts for purchases and manage supplier/customer relationships to enhance business efficiency. They will collaborate with the Inventory Team to ensure real-time stock accuracy. Additionally, they will develop and execute sales strategies and marketing initiatives to attract new customers.

The role requires strong leadership and team collaboration skills, as well as business acumen and market intelligence. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, innovation, and process improvement abilities.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with ERPs and CRM systems is an added advantage.
