Administrative Operations Manager

FMC Agency Limited is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Operations Manager to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the seamless coordination of production, sales, and administrative activities.
The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, support the production and sales teams, and maintain efficient office systems to drive business success. Key responsibilities include coordinating and monitoring daily production schedules, liaising with suppliers and vendors, overseeing inventory management, optimizing production workflows, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and quality control protocols for herbal medicine production.
Additional duties include assisting in managing customer inquiries, orders, and feedback, supporting the sales team with preparing sales reports, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining customer databases, coordinating with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, and monitoring market trends to enhance product sales strategies.
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, 2+ years of experience in operations, administration, or a related role, preferably in the herbal or pharmaceutical industry, strong organizational and multitasking skills, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and knowledge of herbal medicine production processes and industry regulations.
