Accreditation Specialist

We are seeking an Accreditation Specialist to join our team at Pivotage Consulting.

The Accreditation Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire verification process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Develop and implement verification protocols to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead the verification team in conducting daily operations and identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve verification processes.
• Manage verification workflows, assign tasks to team members, and ensure timely completion of all verification requests.

Requirements:

• Minimum BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MSc will be an added advantage.
• Human Resources certification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in verification or Human Resources, with at least 2 years of experience managing a portal or similar systems.
• Knowledge of compliance standards.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office suites.
