Electrical Infrastructure Technician

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Infrastructure Technician to join our maintenance team at Ascentech Services Ltd.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical infrastructure, including systems, circuits, and equipment.
  • Repair and replace electrical components, wiring, and equipment as needed to ensure efficient system operation.
  • Install and maintain electrical systems, including machinery, motors, lighting, and control systems.
  • Diagnose electrical faults and make necessary repairs to minimize downtime and production delays.

Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve electrical issues in a timely manner to prevent operational disruptions. Work closely with other maintenance and production teams to address technical problems and implement corrective actions.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to all safety standards, electrical codes, and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular safety checks on electrical equipment and follow all necessary safety procedures.

System Enhancements and Upgrades: Recommend improvements and upgrades to electrical infrastructure to enhance efficiency and reduce energy consumption. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new electrical systems and equipment.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Prepare reports on system performance and maintenance schedules for management.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred. At least 2+ years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or facilities environment.
