We are seeking an experienced Blue Prism Automation Specialist to join our team at Wajesmart Solutions Ltd.

As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and implementing automation solutions that meet our clients' business needs.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity to work on high-profile projects, leveraging your technical expertise in Blue Prism development. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and deploying Blue Prism automations using Blue Prism Studio and Blue Prism Control Room;
  • Collaborating with project teams and clients to identify automation opportunities and design solutions that meet their requirements;
  • Testing and validating Blue Prism automations to ensure they meet quality standards and function as expected;
  • Troubleshooting and debugging Blue Prism automations as needed to resolve issues and ensure smooth operation;
  • Providing ongoing support for deployed automation solutions, troubleshooting, and resolving issues as they occur;
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge in Blue Prism development;
  • Staying up-to-date with Blue Prism best practices, technologies, and trends to ensure the application of cutting-edge solutions;
  • Communicating effectively with project teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field;
  • Blue Prism Developer Certification;
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Blue Prism development, with a proven track record of successful automation projects;
  • Strong knowledge of Blue Prism architecture, Process Studio, Object Studio, and Control Room; Familiarity with other RPA tools is a plus;
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, or Python, and experience with SQL and web services is preferred;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
