Delivery Specialist

We are looking for a reliable and efficient Dispatch Rider to join our team at Zylus Group International. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of packages to our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Packages: Safely transport packages to customers or businesses in Surulere and surrounding areas.
• Optimize Routes: Plan efficient delivery routes to reduce time and increase productivity.
• Handle Packages: Handle all packages with care to prevent damage during transit.
• Document Deliveries: Accurately document all deliveries, including proof of delivery when necessary.
• Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service with polite and professional interactions during deliveries.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.
• Licensing: A valid rider's license and required local riding documents.
• Experience: Proven experience as a dispatch rider or in a similar role.
• Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Lagos Road networks.
• Skills: Ability to use GPS or maps for navigation, excellent time management and organizational skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, ability to work both independently and in a team environment, good physical fitness and endurance, and a clean driving record.
