Job Title: Outside Plant Project Supervisor

FORT KNOX OUTSOURCING is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Outside Plant Project Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of fiber optic installation projects in Abuja.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute fiber optic installation projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Supervise and monitor project sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with contractors and stakeholders to resolve complex installation problems and ensure project objectives are met.
  • Prepare and submit project reports, including daily activity reports, as-built drawings, and splice reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain healthy relationships with stakeholders, including estate/facility managers, residents, and customers.
  • Validate and track variations and milestone payments until approval.
  • Clear project snags before hand-over/audit.
Requirements:
  • University Degree in Telecoms, Engineering, or Applied Sciences.
  • Certifications in Fibre Optic Cabling, CFOT, or FOA are an added advantage.
  • Proficient use of fiber test tools, design software, and basic data analytics software.
  • Excellent communication skills and sound knowledge of telecom industry best practices.
