Business Director

We are KAYLOG ECONOMIC FREEDOM CAMPAIGN, a pioneering organization dedicated to economic empowerment. We seek an exceptional Business Manager to lead our loan products team in Southwest Nigeria.

• Branch and Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of our branches and portfolios, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.
• Customer loan review and detailed KYC: Conduct thorough customer due diligence, reviewing loan applications and verifying identity documents.
• Customer recruitment and documentation: Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers, maintaining accurate records of their interactions with our organization.
• Review of loan requests and processing: Assess loan applications, making informed decisions on approval or rejection, while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
• Assessment and evaluation of customer creditworthiness and risks involved: Analyze customer financial data, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Ledger updating and documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Repayment collections and system transaction posting: Oversee the collection of loan repayments, accurately recording transactions in our system.
• Monitor the progress of new and existing loans: Track loan performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.

• Minimum qualification: Ordinary National Diploma from a recognized University/Polytechnic.
• Strong analytical and soft skills: Possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Interest in the Banking and Financial Service Industry: Demonstrate a genuine interest in the banking and financial services industry, with a desire to contribute to its growth and development.
• Report preparation and interpretation: Prepare and interpret reports, providing valuable insights that inform business decisions.
• Creativity drive and track record achievement: Possess a creative mindset, with a proven track record of achieving results in previous roles.
