Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Business Development:
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Pursue new business opportunities through tendering, bid writing, and sales outreach.
Proposal and Tender Management:
  • Develop and submit high-quality proposals and tenders that meet client requirements and showcase the company's expertise.
  • Manage the tender process from start to finish, including coordination with technical teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Contract Management:
  • Negotiate and manage contracts to ensure alignment with company objectives and optimal financial outcomes.
  • Maintain relationships with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Leadership and Team Management:
  • Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals to achieve performance targets.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Reporting and Analytics:
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business development success.
  • Present regular reports to the Managing Director on business development activities, client interactions, and proposal outcomes.
  • Analyze data to inform business development strategies and improve results.
