IT Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Consultant to join our team at ITC Worldwide INC. As a key member of our Dynamics CRM implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions that meet our clients' business needs.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to work on various Dynamics CRM projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

Your primary focus will be on CRM Implementation & Configuration, where you will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics CRM solutions. You will configure CRM modules, customize workflows, forms, views, and dashboards, and collaborate with developers to define technical requirements for customizations and integrations.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be responsible for providing User Support & Training, creating documentation for CRM processes and best practices, and supporting users with day-to-day CRM issues, troubleshooting, and resolution.

You will have the opportunity to work on various aspects of Dynamics CRM, including Data Management & Reporting, where you will ensure data integrity, perform regular data audits and migrations, design and deliver reports and dashboards to provide insights for business decision-making, and monitor and manage CRM system performance and data security.
