Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at Ascentech Services Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating various types of machinery and be proficient in performing routine maintenance tasks.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating machinery according to specific instructions and procedures. This will involve monitoring machine operations to ensure proper functioning and identifying any issues or abnormalities. They will also be required to adjust machine settings as necessary to maintain product quality and meet production quotas.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery according to specific instructions and procedures.

• Adjust machine settings as necessary to maintain product quality and meet production quotas.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a National Diploma (ND) in Engineering or a related field and at least 1-2 years of experience as a Machine Operator. They should also be proficient in operating various types of machinery and able to work a shift schedule (3pm - 10pm).
