Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of Mephalti Technologies Limited's administrative functions.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate logistics, procurement, and budget preparation to support business operations.
  2. Develop and implement effective office processes to enhance productivity.
  3. Manage office supplies and maintain accurate inventory records.
  4. Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of work experience in a similar role; experience in a technology company is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
