In-House Lawyer

We are seeking a talented Legal Officer to join our team at Zylus Group International. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice on property-related matters and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Provide expert legal advice on property acquisitions, leasing, and sales.
• Draft, review, and negotiate deeds of assignment, contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct due diligence on property titles and legal ownership.
• Liaise with external counsel as necessary to resolve disputes and litigation.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in property laws and regulations.

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) and a valid license to practice law in Nigeria.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal practice after call to bar, preferably in real estate or property law.
• Strong knowledge of property laws, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
