Job Overview

As a Client Relationship Specialist at Trident Microfinance Bank, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Appraising client's business and capacity to service requested loan;
  • Capture all required information (i.e. client & guarantor's name, address & image. Business image and address);
  • Post-disbursement monitoring;
  • Maintaining a healthy portfolio;

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • B.Sc. / HND in any related field;
  • 1-5 years' experience preferably within a financial institution;
  • Strong industry and HNI network;
  • Strong presentation skills and excellent communication, negotiation skills;
  • Good knowledge about the economy and general market.
