Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
* Collaborate with management to develop annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
* Monitor performance against budgets and provide analysis to support strategic decision-making.
* Maintain the integrity of the general ledger by reviewing and posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring proper documentation of transactions.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
* Professional certification (e.g. ICAN) is highly recommended.
* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
* Strong knowledge of Nigerian accounting principles and tax regulations.
