Job Description:


As a Senior Economic Research Manager at TEES TALENT HUB, you will play a critical role in shaping our organizational strategy and decision-making processes.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive economic research agendas to inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in integrating economic analysis into organizational decision-making.
  • Provide expert guidance and advice on economic trends, opportunities, and risks to senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Communicate complex economic concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations, reports, and other channels.
  • Manage and mentor a team of economists and research analysts, fostering their growth and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Advanced degree in Economics (Ph.D. or Master's) or a related field.
  • At least 10 - 15 years of experience in economic research and analysis, with a strong track record of publications and presentations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
