Job Title: Senior Financial Strategist

Job Summary:

The Senior Financial Strategist will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the finance and accounting team. This role will involve providing strategic recommendations to the executive management team, managing financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy and Planning: Provide leadership, direction, and management of the finance and accounting team. Provide strategic recommendations to members of the executive management team. Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and oversee the preparation of all financial reporting.

Financial Reporting and Analysis: Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to the executive team.

Capital Management and Investment Strategy: Develop and implement capital allocation strategies, including debt and equity financing, to support business expansion and investment initiatives. Evaluate investment opportunities, conduct financial due diligence, and provide recommendations on potential acquisitions, partnerships, or divestitures.

Requirements:

Proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies that drive growth and improve profitability. Strong financial acumen and a deep understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory frameworks. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data and provide strategic insights and recommendations. Experience in capital management, investment analysis, and M&A activities. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization. Sound knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies impacting the telecommunications sector.

Qualifications:

ACA+ HND or BSc. Minimum 2 years managerial experience.
