Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resource Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies to support business objectives. This includes providing expert advice on HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, the candidate will lead the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent, design and implement training and development programs, and manage employee relations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
• Provide expert advice on HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance
• Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent
• Design and implement training and development programs
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform business decisions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certification in HR (e.g. CIPM, SHRM-CP)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR consulting and human resources management
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
