Data Scientist

Job Summary:

ITC Worldwide INC is seeking a Data Scientist to support our Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage data analytics to optimize business processes, generate insights, and improve decision-making. This role requires expertise in Python, SQL, and data visualization, along with a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract, clean, and analyze data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other business systems.
• Develop Python-based scripts and workflows for data processing and reporting automation.
• Conduct Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify trends and anomalies.
• Build dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools.
• Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources, including SQL databases, CRM, ERP, and cloud platforms.
• Apply statistical and machine learning techniques for predictive analytics.
• Support stakeholders with data-driven insights to improve business performance.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all reporting and analytics tasks.
• Collaborate with Dynamics 365 developers, business analysts, and IT teams to optimize data management strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.
• Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Scikit-learn).
• Advanced SQL skills for querying and managing relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or other Microsoft analytics tools.
• Understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP modules and their data structures.
• Experience in ETL processes and data pipeline automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting data-driven insights.
