Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Social Media Campaign Manager to develop, manage, and execute comprehensive social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and boost sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement social media strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Produce engaging content, including posts, graphics, videos, and reels, to promote products and company initiatives.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across all social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and strategy.
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns to increase reach and drive conversions.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and adapt strategies to remain relevant.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align social media content with broader campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (portfolio of work required).
  • Proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Strong knowledge of social media analytics tools.
  • Creative writing and content creation skills.
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) are an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Must reside in Abeokuta, Ogun State.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for engaging online communities.
