Requirements

To succeed in this role, applicants must demonstrate:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • A proven track record of success in sales and revenue growth, with a focus on achievement and accomplishment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong market knowledge, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.
