Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our team at Plugzone online. This role is responsible for replenishing supply inventories in accordance with established guidelines, maintaining a safe working environment, and ensuring the efficient management of store layouts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Replenish supply inventories following established guidelines
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and safe working environment as per regulation
  • Manage the store layout for optimal inventory placement
  • Receive, upload, and shelf supplies in a timely manner
  • Perform stock-related duties such as returning, packing, labeling, and inspecting deliveries for discrepancies or damage
  • Report damaged or short-dated inventories for record-keeping and reimbursement purposes
  • Rotate stock and dispose of surplus and expired quantities
  • Ensure proper documentation of inbound and outbound orders
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess a minimum of ND (National Diploma) with 0-1 year's work experience. Additionally, you should be organized, punctual, and have prior experience in retail, if possible. Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as well as physical stamina to lift and move cartons. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is also required.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is N800,000 - N1,200,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
