Job Description:

The Internal Audit Officer is responsible for obtaining, analyzing and evaluating accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc. This includes preparing and presenting reports that reflect audit's results and document process.

The ideal candidate will have a First Bachelor's Degree / HND in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or any Social Sciences and at least 4 years relevant post-graduation experience as an Internal Auditor.

Key responsibilities include maintaining open communication with management and audit committee, documenting process and preparing audit findings memorandum, conducting follow up audits to monitor management's interventions, and engaging in continuous knowledge development regarding sector's rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • First Bachelor's Degree / HND in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or any Social Sciences
  • Minimum of 4 years relevant post-graduation experience
  • Proven experience as an Internal Auditor

Salary: N250,000 - N300,000 / Month
