Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist - Client Relations

Overview: 365moguls is a forward-thinking organisation that empowers businesses to thrive within their various industries. We are currently expanding our team to enhance our client support capabilities.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support by carrying out all forms of administrative tasks including bookkeeping, data entry and record management.
- Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner, addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction through exceptional customer service skills.
- Effectively manage and organise clients' emails, ensuring timely responses and maintaining a high level of professionalism, communication and rapport-building.
- Efficiently prioritise tasks to meet deadlines, optimise workflows, and ensure client expectations are exceeded through excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Facilitate clear and efficient communication within the team and clients through effective written and verbal communication skills, active listening and problem-solving techniques.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a business assistant, admin assistant or in a similar administrative role with a strong understanding of office management systems and procedures.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in the use of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office tools, and other administration software applications, including virtual collaboration tools and digital platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and priorities.
