We are a leading recruitment agency in the Asset Management industry, and we urgently require skilled sales professionals to fill various positions.
Job Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our client's customer base. The role requires strong networking capabilities, a strategic approach to sales, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business leads, with a focus on financial services in Lagos.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, leveraging their referrals to expand our reach.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
Skill Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the Asset Management industry, with a focus on financial services.
- Excellent networking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Relevant education, such as HND or BSC in a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
Compensation Package:
The salary range for this position is 120,000 - 150,000 NGN per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as base pay, commission, pension, HMO, and 13th month salary.
