Master Kitchen Strategist

Overview of the Role
Hospitality Recruitment Placement Service (HRPS) is seeking a highly skilled Head Chef to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for leading a team of chefs, managing inventory, and delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.

Salary Package
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of 300,000 Naira per month, including accommodation, health insurance coverage, feeding one meal per day, and pension plans (optional). Additionally, a 50% 13th-month salary bonus will be awarded after a three-month confirmation period.

Duties and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have the following duties and responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily production of our fine dining and afro fusion kitchens;
2. Manage inventory, maintain quality control, and ensure cost efficiency;
3. Develop and implement recipes, menus, and kitchen procedures;
4. Foster a positive and productive work environment;
5. Lead and motivate a team of chefs to deliver exceptional results;

Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you must have a degree in Culinary Science or a related field, proven experience as a Head Chef, and excellent leadership and communication skills. You should also be up-to-date with culinary trends, optimized kitchen processes, and proficient in MS Office and restaurant management software.
