About the Role

The Contribution Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Registering new clients for Thrift contributions
  • Daily collection of contributions
  • Responding to customers' inquiries and answering their questions
  • Providing exceptional customer service

Requirements

  • Proven experience in contribution collection and client onboarding
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of organizational and time management skills
