Requirements and Skills:
  • Education: High school diploma; hospitality certification is an asset.
  • Experience: Previous work experience as a Host/Hostess or Waiter/Waitress is essential.
  • Understanding: Familiarity with restaurant etiquette is crucial for delivering exceptional service.
  • Skills: Demonstrable customer-service skills are essential for delivering outstanding service. Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person) are required to effectively interact with customers and staff.
