About the Role

Key Responsibilities
"Advise on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance
"Represent the company in all stages of litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial phases
"Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including industry-specific legal requirements
"Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential liabilities

Qualifications
