About the Role

The Skills Officer will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that meet the needs of program participants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Design
    • Develop training programs that align with the National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF) standards.
    • Collaborate with MasterCraft Persons (MCPs) and trainers to deliver high-quality, hands-on fashion and textile training.
  • Data Collection
    • Design and implement data collection tools to monitor participant progress, skill acquisition, and overall program impact.
    • Analyze training performance data to provide insights on participant learning outcomes and skill gaps.
  • Participant Support
    • Act as the primary point of contact for participants, offering guidance and support throughout the training.
    • Monitor and evaluate participant progress through data-driven insights, identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Fashion, Textile Design, Data Science, or related fields.
  • Certification in training, vocational education, or data analytics will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in vocational training or skills development, preferably in the fashion or textile industry.
  • Experience working with data analytics tools to track training outcomes and participant performance.
