Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist/Network Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and troubleshooting networks, as well as configuring and operating routers and switches.

Responsibilities:
* Maintain and implement network infrastructure
* Design and support network systems and infrastructure
* Configure and operate routers and switches
* Monitor network performance and make recommendations based on performance analysis
* Complete in-home consultation and assessment
* Activate and upgrade systems with enhanced technology
* Perform activation of equipment: (Cameras(interior & exterior) Security hardware e.g door/window sensor, motion detectors, touch screen panels, IOT and Smart Home devices
* Complete customer on-boarding and education of key products and services

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor degree in computer science or related field
* Minimum 2 years of proven experience with IOT, network administration and information systems
* Knowledge of IP networking and systems
* Tech savvy
