Overview

Sako Solar Power seeks a highly skilled Sales Development Executive to spearhead our sales efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for:

  • Striking business/sales deals with potential dealers of solar inverters and liaising with companies for business deals.
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships, understanding customer needs, providing satisfactory service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Supervising the execution of the sales plan, ensuring the completion of sales tasks, and being responsible for sales performance.
  • Market analysis and promotion: conducting market analysis and competitive situation research, developing marketing strategies, and enhancing brand awareness and market share.
  • Responsible for sales contract signing, implementation, and follow-up, to ensure the implementation of the contract.
  • Sales data report: collecting and organizing sales data regularly, reporting sales status to superiors, and making improvement suggestions.
  • Identifying customers, distributors, companies, and facilitating transactions.
  • Coordinating with other departments: working closely with other departments of the company to ensure smooth progress of sales.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Salary

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
