Lead Production Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our team at Ascentech Services Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, ensuring seamless execution of manufacturing processes, and driving continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing production plans to meet sales forecasts and quality standards;
• Maintaining optimal manpower planning and resource allocation;
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and quality control measures;
• Monitoring and improving production efficiency and productivity;
• Liaising with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements;

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or a related field;
• 10-15 years of experience in production management, preferably in a leadership role;
• Proven track record of delivering results-driven production strategies and initiatives;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
