Pruvia Integrated Ltd seeks an HR Generalist to oversee employee progress and welfare. As a vital member of the team, this role involves hiring employees, managing their needs, and ensuring compliance with company and government procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees
  • Develop programs to enhance employee relations and engagement
  • E nsure accurate pay and benefits for all employees
  • Prepare compensation and benefit comparison reports for the executive team
  • Advocate for equality, health, and safety within the organization
  • Ensure employment policies align with national laws and regulations
  • Provide expert advice on salaries, redundancy, and employment law matters
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as an HR Administrator or HR Officer
  • Familiarity with start-up environments
  • Understanding of business and management principles
  • Knowledge of current Nigerian employment law
  • Curiosity and willingness to challenge organizational culture when necessary
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Excellent organizational skills, prioritization abilities, and strong communication skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a relevant field is required.
