Proposal Strategist

We are looking for a seasoned Proposal Strategist to lead the development of high-quality bid proposals that showcase our company's capabilities and value proposition.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in bid and tender management, with a proven track record of securing contracts as a business development officer in an oil and gas firm. They will possess strong knowledge of NAPIMS and NIPEX regulations, as well as excellent project management and time management skills.

Key responsibilities of this role include preparing and managing bids, conducting thorough research and analysis to understand scope, objectives, and requirements of each bid, and staying informed about industry trends and market conditions. You will also develop and pitch ideas for potential investors and maintain existing business while searching for new opportunities.

A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management Sciences, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Relevant certifications such as APMP, PMP, or industry-specific certifications are desirable.

You will work closely with executives to implement marketing strategies and new opportunities, and your ability to think critically when planning to assure project success will be invaluable to our team.
