Sales and Business Development Representative

We are a team of energetic, seasoned professionals with combined decades of experience in providing Human Resources Services to clients across various sectors. Our expertise spans Oil and Gas, Telecommunication, Banking and Insurance, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Information Technology, Fintech, Education, and FMCG.
We are seeking a competitive Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will develop sales strategies, attract new clients, and close sales to achieve quotas.
The role involves generating lead opportunities across multiple verticals, converting leads to active paying customers, identifying business partnership opportunities, forecasting sales, and evaluating the effectiveness of sales strategies.
Key qualifications include a minimum of OND qualification in Marketing, Sales & Business Administration or a related field, at least 3 years proven sales experience, a track record of over-achieving on sales and customer acquisition quota, and experience working with CRM software.
Benefits include commission (10% commission earned on a minimum monthly target of NGN 500,000.00), Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) membership, and pension benefits.
The estimated net salary for this position is N100,000 monthly, based on location in Victoria Island Lagos.
