Job Description

As a Risk Officer at BLAKSKILL LIMITED, you will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient inventory control and preventing losses due to errors or theft.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily upload of stock/inventory movements
  • Conduct regular and systematic audits of stock levels to verify accuracy
  • Monitoring of stock and ensuring adequate record update
  • Compare physical counts of items with the information in the inventory management system

You will also be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that all stock-related data, including product codes, quantities, and locations, are accurately recorded and updated in the system
  • Investigating and resolving any discrepancies between physical counts and system records
  • Generating and analyzing stock audit reports, highlighting discrepancies, trends, and potential issues/risks
  • Providing detailed and timely daily/ weekly/ monthly reports to management, suggesting corrective actions when necessary
Requirements:
  • B.Sc/ HND or higher in Logistics, Supply chain management, Inventory Management or any relative field
  • Must have not less than 2-year experience in a Supply Chain/Inventory Management Establishment
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and general computer use
  • Ability to effectively manage competing deadlines for project in a high-pressure work environment, with varying degrees of supervision
