About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Program Manager for our Sexual and Reproductive Health program. The successful candidate will lead our team in implementing evidence-based initiatives that promote healthy relationships, prevent unintended pregnancies, and improve maternal and child health outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective program strategies to address sexual and reproductive health needs in Nigeria.
- Provide technical guidance and oversight to project staff to ensure high-quality programming and reporting.
- Cultivate partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders to advance our mission and secure funding opportunities.
- Stay updated on global best practices and innovations in SRH and ensure their application in the Nigerian context.
- Manage budgets, finances, and resources effectively to achieve program goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Masters or higher degree in Public Health, Health Economics, Medicine, Social Sciences, or related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in managing complex SRH programs in developing countries, preferably in Africa.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills, including strategic planning, team management, and resource mobilization.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong advocacy, communication, and interpersonal skills, with ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
