Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Plastic Bottle Cap Operator to oversee daily SACMI machine operations at Ascentech Services. The ideal candidate will ensure quality output and maintain production efficiency in our fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor SACMI machines for plastic bottle cap production, guaranteeing adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct setup, troubleshooting, and minor maintenance of SACMI machines to ensure smooth production processes.
• Perform regular checks for defects and inconsistencies in the production process, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a SACMI machine operator with a strong understanding of plastic molding and cap production processes.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, enabling effective resolution of production issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with minimal supervision, ensuring timely completion of tasks and duties.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per annum, commensurate with industry standards and based on relevant experience.
