Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in a senior HR role
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering people-centric strategies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Certification in HR (CIPM or equivalent)
  • MBA or Masters' degree in a related discipline (desirable)
