  • Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laundry Person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our laundry facilities, ensuring that all equipment is operated safely and efficiently.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Maintain the laundry area in a clean and organized state, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and garments.
    • Inspect items for stains or damage and take necessary action to address any issues.
    • Operate commercial laundry equipment, including washing machines and dryers, as well as steam cleaning equipment.
    • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
    • Create laundry tags with customer information and generate invoices for laundry orders.
    • Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
  • Requirements:
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate maintenance and upkeep issues to management.
