Job Description

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Manage the recovery of overdue loans in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Contact customers daily/weekly to inform them of their overdue loans and negotiate suitable payment plans.
  • Respond to customer queries and escalate accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account information.
  • Report accurate customer feedback on a daily/weekly basis.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience in tele-collections, tele-marketing, sales, or customer service.
  • Strong written, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • A strong command of the English language and at least one other local or international language.
  • Performance-driven, agile, teachable, and willing to learn.
  • Ability to collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong listening skills.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be between $30,000-$50,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Please note that the location of this role is within proximity to Maryland (candidates should reside around Mile 12, Ketu, Anthony, Onipan, Ikeja, Fadeyi, and environs).
