Job Overview:

The Skills Officer role at DAYTONA is a critical position that supports the success of our training programs. This role involves working closely with our team to develop and implement effective training strategies that meet the needs of our program participants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Development and implementation of training programs aligned with our objectives.
  • Collaboration with MCPs and trainers to deliver high-quality training.
  • Management of training sessions across different clusters.
  • Collection and analysis of training performance data.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Fashion, Textile Design, Data Science, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in vocational training or skills development, preferably in the fashion or textile industry.
