About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Research and Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our R&D department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of experiments and activities, using research theories, principles, and models to develop new products and improve existing ones.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with engineering and marketing departments on product feasibility">

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A First Bachelor's Degree/HND in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or any relevant field">
• A Master's degree is an added advantage">
• Certifications with relevant Engineering bodies are required">
• Minimum of 8 years postgraduate cognate experience, with 4 years in a managerial position">
• Demonstrate technical design skills to create functional and attractive products that are cost-effective and user-friendly">
• Previous experience in the Automobile, aerospace, and other defense sectors is desirable">
