  • Foster open communication channels by following established procedures and policies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Customer Service Representative.
  • Working knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
  • Minimum of 2 years' proven work experience.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
