Senior Counselor

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in various matters, including civil, criminal, corporate, and family law cases.

• Prepare and review legal documents, ensuring compliance with corporate laws and regulations.
• Evaluate new business partnerships to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, utilizing excellent communication skills and analytical thinking.
• Provide expert legal guidance and support to colleagues and clients.
• Conduct thorough research on legal precedents to inform decision-making.

• Bachelor's degree in law from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years post-call experience, with a strong background in litigation.
• Exceptional communication and writing skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Highly analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail.
