Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Reconciliation Officer to join our team at Perona Beauty. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial transactions.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Reconcile daily sales transactions across all payment channels, including POS, bank transfer, and other electronic payment systems.
  2. Verify and match receipts, invoices, and payment records to ensure accuracy and detect any discrepancies.
  3. Investigate and resolve reconciliation differences, taking corrective action as necessary to maintain accurate financial records.
  4. Maintain up-to-date financial reports and provide periodic reconciliation statements to stakeholders.
  5. Evaluate and implement improvements to our financial processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
