Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management and control. They will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate operation of the stores department.
Main Responsibilities:
- Exercise control over all activities in the Stores Department.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory.
- Coordinate the initiation of purchase requisitions for stock replacement.
- Ensure compliance with material issuance procedures.
- Regularly review and reconcile inventory levels to prevent discrepancies.
Essential Qualifications:
- HND/B.Sc in Economics, Logistics, Accounting, or related field.
- 3- 5 years' experience as a Store Officer or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
