Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management and control. They will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate operation of the stores department.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Exercise control over all activities in the Stores Department.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory.
  • Coordinate the initiation of purchase requisitions for stock replacement.
  • Ensure compliance with material issuance procedures.
  • Regularly review and reconcile inventory levels to prevent discrepancies.

Essential Qualifications:

  • HND/B.Sc in Economics, Logistics, Accounting, or related field.
  • 3- 5 years' experience as a Store Officer or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
