Ralds and Agate Limited seeks a seasoned Reservoir Engineering Manager to lead our team in optimizing oil and gas production. This critical role involves strategic decision-making, budget planning, and management of reservoir engineering functions.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly experienced engineer to join our organization and drive business growth through effective reservoir management. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to maximize hydrocarbon recovery and increase production
  • Managing a team of engineers to ensure accurate estimates of in-place hydrocarbon volumes and reserves addition
  • Leading activities to optimize producing assets from a reservoir perspective, resulting in improved recovery and increased production
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a relevant field, with a minimum of eight years of experience in reservoir engineering and operations
  • A Master's degree or equivalent will be an added advantage
  • Proven track record of leadership and strategic decision-making in the oil industry
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

$140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience
