Job Description:


As a key member of our team at BLAKSKILL LIMITED, the Front Desk & Admin Officer plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This includes ensuring the reception area operates efficiently while representing the organization professionally to all visitors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests, clients, and customers as they arrive.
  • Handle inquiries, provide information, and answer visitor questions professionally.
  • Manage phone and communication effectively, including answering incoming calls, directing them to appropriate departments, and taking messages when required.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Maintain organized calendars for meetings and events.
  • Assist in general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate handling of all admin-related duties.
  • Monitor visitor access, issue visitor badges, and enforce security protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, appointments, and administrative activities.

Required Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Management Science or any relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a related role.
  • Experience in the solar industry and customer support will be an added advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on helping others.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks without compromising on quality.
  • Effective time management and orderliness.
  • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling tools.
